Customer service was excellent. Sales and finances were not pushy and very kind. They took the time to talk to me about my wants and needs and even took my two year old son to the play room while I filled out paperwork! Please consider going here for your next purchase. It may be a bit out of your way but well worth the drive. Any service needed on your vehicle (I.E. oil change/ brakes) they will pick up your car and drop it off!!!!!!!
I love the service department at Preston Chevrolet. Adam took great care of me like he always does. Everyone that I have encountered in the department always greet you with a smile and make sure that you are being taken care of.
Caitlyn was very good at determining which vehicle fit my needs. She provided me with good options and insight as to the pros and cons to each vehicle I was thinking of purchasing. She also persuaded me to purchase a new vehicle as opposed to a used due to the incentives Chevrolet was offering this month. I really appreciated this because I came into Preston with the belief that I was not going to purchase 'new' due to the cost. She proved me wrong. Preston also worked with me on a tough trade-in situation that arose during the process. I appreciate Preston thinking outside the box and offering a solution to my problem.
They took care of us above and beyond my expectations. It's a hour drive from our house and I wouldn't hesitate to come out here again for the rest of my car needs as our family grows. I'm very happy with the care we received here and the personal touch. They never pressured us into anything like most dealers do so that was nice being able to breath and talk it over. had my vehicle in your shop 3 times in 6 months while I had a warranty. They did absolutely nothing each time it was there. Now that my warranty expired 2 months ago I need major motor work done. Not to mention your dealership was twice as much for repairs. Fixing my truck was never the first priority. Bill Preston is a slimy used car salesman. All he wanted was to out price his idea of what the truck was worth to me so I would decide to buy another vehicle. The only person to contact me was the used car manager. The issue with my vehicle doesn't happen overnight. It should have been fixed long before it got to the point it did. The service department is an unorganized mess that just wants you out as fast as possible to get the next victim in. Bill Preston also convinced us to not take our truck somewhere else when we called to get the warranty information. He told us the he personally would make sure everything was taken care of and we had his word the the issues would be resolved. Preston falls into every stereotype that you would want to avoid at a car dealership. They wanted to charge me 700 dollars to replace a 75 dollar blower motor the to me 10 minutes in my driveway. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. You will not regret your choice.
