Never have we been to a nicer car dealership. Their service dept. is exceptional.
Patrick Griffith spent a lot of time talking with us over the phone about our options, so we made an appointment to see him. We had an appointment with Patrick but we arrived early and he was with another client. Worried about keeping us waiting he graciously had another sales rep help us right away. We found that considerate and surprising. When he was finished with his client he helped our sales person James (who also did a great job) finish up our loan and get the cars switched. The staff ended up staying till almost midnight and everyone was wonderful and pleasant! Patrick did everything he could to help expedite our process and did a wonderful job showing me my new car features and making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I can’t believe how late everyone stayed and how welcome they made us feel. Hands down the best car buying experience we have had and Patrick was a big part of that.
I went into Preston Ford in thought I'd just tell them what I would like and come back later to purchase. I worked with Patrick and was so lucky to have such a fun, calm person to work with. I was worried I'd be haggled and dimed over everything but Patrick made sure I got the best price for my trade in and for my new 2017 Ford Explorer. He answered all my questions and explained in detail more of what I should look for in a car. He was honest with my list of things I would like and to my surprise, they had exactly what I was looking for! It was a fast, calm, and even fun experience and I can't say enough about Preston Ford and Patrick!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The service is great, the shop floor is clean, well organized and they do excellent work. I didn't make use of it, but they have a super nice waiting area with coffee and soft drinks as well as a kid's area. They have a very nice pull through garage and they offer a great pickup service.
We had a somewhat rocky beginning, but I have to say, the repair department at Preston is at least 6 stars out of 5. Marv and Neil went way out of their way to resolve any problems.
Their rates appear to be competitive with other shops in the area, even ones with far less service.
